Virginia Woman Can’t Walk Away When She Sees A Lonely Abandoned Puppy Chained In Backyard

Karla had agreed to help clear out a house after her friend’s mother passed away, but nothing could have prepared her for what she found outside a nearby house.

In the backyard, at the far end of a rusty chain, sat a tiny puppy barely four months old. No food, no water, no explanation. Just a scared little soul, too young to understand why she’d been left behind.
