Virginia Woman Rescues A Chained Backyard Puppy, Then Realizes Just How Incredible She Is

It all started when Karla went over to help clean up a house after her friend’s mom had passed away.

Out in the backyard, she saw something that stopped her in her tracks. A tiny puppy, only four months old, was chained up and all alone.
