Lauren and Sean experienced this firsthand with their shelter rescue, Ash. When they first met her, she seemed calm, cuddly, and perfectly sweet, the kind of cat you’d expect to nap all day.

The footage shows Ash terrorizing her parents in the most hilarious ways: pouncing, pawing, and stealing the spotlight in the middle of the night.
According to Lauren, Ash always seems to target her more than Sean. But Sean isn’t always spared either.
