Sarah had always heard unsettling things about Chihuahuas. People often warned her that the tiny breed was full of vicious, ankle-biting rascals who were impossible to please.
But as an experienced animal foster mom in Texas, she was used to giving second chances to cats and giant dog breeds alike. She decided to open her heart and her home to a six-pound rescue Chihuahua named Bluey.
