Cat Returned To Florida Shelter After Having A Tough Time With Her Feline Roommates

Ahsoka, a three-year-old cat, knew that feeling all too well. She had a hard time settling in with the other cats at her foster home, and after some time, she was brought back to the shelter.

“She doesn’t understand why she’s back in the shelter…Ahsoka is officially our longest resident. After 260+ days with a foster family, she returned to the shelter because the other kitties in the home were picking on her and started guarding the litter box.”
Ahsoka’s loving personality shined through in her description:
“This affectionate girl is very vocal and will come to you for pets and love. She likes to give kisses and cuddle on her terms. Ahsoka is also very playful and likes interactive toys on strings. She is incredibly soft and her coloring is beautiful.”
Ahsoka was gentle with other cats, wonderful with children, and already litter box trained.
To the shelter staff, it was puzzling why no one had chosen her yet. They knew she was an amazing cat – she was simply waiting for the right family to notice her.
When her story was shared online, it quickly went viral, reaching over 1.3 million viewers.
