A routine call for service turned into a life-changing moment when a terrified cat clung to her rescuer’s shoulder and refused to let go.
A Heartbreaking Call For Service
Officer Timothy Rugg had always been around animals throughout his life, but he never actually thought he would end up owning a cat.
That all changed when a distressing call for service came in. Someone reported that a cat had been callously thrown out of a window on Old Furnace Road.
