Texas Woman Drives Past What Looks Like Trash, Then Looks Again And Her Heart Drops
Far too many animals are abandoned every day, left to survive in conditions no pet should ever face. It’s a heartbreaking reality, but it also shows how much one kind person can change.
Tessa Lane is that person.
