No one knew where she came from or how long she’d been surviving out there. What was clear, though, was that she desperately needed help.

“We all collectively worked so hard just to get her in that trap… She was living in the woods for two months. Us coming around wasn’t helping the situation… I wanted to provide a safe place for her and a good food source, so I set the trap.”

And finally, it happened. A week later, she walked into the crate, lured by food. When Nina saw her inside, she could hardly breathe from relief.

The poor pup was shaking and completely unsure about what was happening.
