Florida Couple Can’t Find Their Husky After Thunderstorm Then Gets The Shock Of Life
Who doesn’t get scared during severe thunderstorms? I’m not ashamed to admit that I sometimes do.
But do you know who needs our help the most during these situations? Of course, our beloved pets.
Animals, thanks to their remarkable senses, can predict events like earthquakes, thunderstorms, and similar.
However, that doesn’t mean they’re fearless, especially pets dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma. They need our comfort to feel reassured that they’re not alone.
Recently, a Florida couple, Corey and Emma Moriarty, witnessed a bad thunderstorm. However, the worst part was that one of their dogs got utterly scared.
The couple wanted to comfort their dog, but then the shock followed – they couldn’t find him anywhere…
Corey and Emma immediately began searching for their Husky named Titan, who had never shown fear of thunderstorms before. Emma shared in an Instagram post:
“We get really bad thunderstorms in South Florida sometimes and this was actually the first one that affected Titan.”
After a thorough search, the couple witnessed a shocking scene. Titan was found curled up in the bathtub, waiting for the thunderstorm to pass.
The couple was heartbroken seeing their beloved pup in such a state, especially because it was the first time they had to deal with his fear of thunderstorms. Emma added:
“He’s not bothered by fireworks or thunderstorms normally but this one really freaked him out for some reason. Hopefully this won’t happen again but we’ll always take care of our boy.”
Despite the shocking scene, Corey knew exactly what to do. He rushed out, only to return with Titan’s favorite blanket and plushie.
Then, he slowly got in the tub, covered Titan with a blanket and started comforting him. With Corey by his side, it didn’t take long for Titan to relax.
The couple got it all on the video and later on, they decided to share these heartwarming moments on social media.
To everyone’s surprise, the video soon went viral, receiving thousands of positive comments.
People were moved by Corey’s reaction and couldn’t stop praising his kindness and care. One person commented:
“You are the kind of parents that every single dog in the world should have.”
Another one said:
“Love this! If only everyone treated their pets and loved ones like this with love and understanding.”
Thanks to Corey, Titan completely relaxed after almost 20 minutes of comforting.
Safe and sound, Titan returned to his normal life, or should I say paw-some life.
While many people learned about Titan thanks to this heartwarming video, others already knew he was a social media star, along with the rest of his family.
Titan has two furry siblings, Blue and Maverick, and Emma shares their funny interactions and daily adventures on social media.
The trio is living their lives to the fullest, constantly playing, having fun together, and communicating with their parents in the unique way only Huskies can.
So, aside from the thunderstorm incident, Titan and his siblings are loved, cared for, and living their lives exactly as they deserve!
