Wisconsin Woman Opens Her Heart To A Semi-Feral Mom-To-Be Who Had Nowhere Else To Turn
Emilie, a devoted rescuer and foster mom from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, shared the moving story of a cat named Persephone, who was about to become a mom.
