Puppy In Terrible Shape Left To Face The End In A Burning Tire In Texas

“Nearly every square inch of his fur has been stripped away by a severe skin condition. His head is scaly, raw, and crusted over with infection. He’s dangerously malnourished, his ribs are protruding, and his belly is bloated like a balloon full of nasty, squirming worms.”
It was hard to believe such a little creature could survive so much neglect.
But even in the worst moments, something inside him refused to give up. There was a spark, a tiny heartbeat of hope, waiting for someone to notice.
Once he arrived at his foster home in Idaho, Ravioli’s life began to change.
