Shocking Moment Caught On Camera As Woman Says “Bye-Bye” And Tosses Pup From Her Car In Arizona
Every once in a while, a story comes along that shakes you to your core and reminds you that there are people out there who have lost their way.
This story is a hard one to tell. It broke my heart just to read it, and it’s painful to share, but I think have to.
Because even in the darkest moments, there are still kind-hearted people who step up and make things right. And I really want to highlight that.
In a shocking video that went viral on Facebook, a heartless woman was seen throwing a poor dog out of a red SUV in Surprise, Arizona.
The footage starts with the vehicle pulling up to a dead-end street next to the desert.
As the car turns around, the woman opens the door and tosses a black-and-white puppy onto the road like he was nothing more than trash.
Before speeding off, she says “bye-bye” to the pup, leaving him confused and hurt.
Despite everything, the little guy runs after the car, desperately hoping she’ll change her mind and come back for him.
That moment was witnessed by Joanna Buesen while she was out walking her own dog. When she saw the poor pup trying to chase after the car, her heart sank.
She couldn’t hold back her anger at the cruelty, especially with that heartless “goodbye” that stayed with her. To her, it showed no heart, no soul, as she shared in an interview:
“I was flabbergasted, shocked… I think that they had no remorse for their actions, and I think that is the telltale that it is malicious intent. I understand things are hard and things can be tough in life, but you don’t have to be a soulless human. And that is just a soulless thing.”
People who live in the area where the poor pup had been dumped didn’t hold back their feelings, calling the act completely heartless and cruel.
One of the residents, Kim Igo, shared how shocked she was. To her, it felt like a whole new level of inhumanity, as she shared:
“We’ve seen them dumping all kinds of other things but not animals… That’s a new level. A new level of just…ugh.”
Joanna couldn’t just stand by and watch. Her heart wouldn’t let her. She rushed to the dog, speaking gently to him, trying to calm him down.
The moment he heard her voice, his ears perked up, and he ran toward her. She immediately brought him home, offering him warmth and food.
The little pup, who had been tossed aside like nothing, now had a safe space, even if just for a little while.
Later, animal control arrived to take him into their care. The incident was reported to the authorities, who quickly launched an investigation.
Thankfully, the video’s clear shot of the woman’s car helped authorities track down the ones responsible.
As it turned out, the dog’s owners came forward, and now they are facing charges for animal cruelty.
The little pup is safe now in a shelter, where he’ll be taken care of until he finds his forever family.
After everything he’s been through, he deserves nothing less than a life full of love, comfort, and happiness.
Hopefully, one day he’ll forget the pain he experienced and remember only the kindness that came his way.
