Starved Dog Found Tied To A Fence Near Abandoned School In Missouri Barely Holding On

She was discovered tied to a fence at an abandoned school in St. Louis, Missouri — frail, starved, and terrified. It’s heartbreaking to think of how long she had been left there, waiting for anyone to see her suffering.
