Texas Local Finds A Dog In A Muddy Pit And Melts When They See What’s At Her Feet
The day had barely begun in a Dallas neighborhood when something unexpected caught a local’s eye.
At first, it was the sight of a big, white dog that caught their attention, but it was where she was that truly pulled at their heart.
The exhausted dog lay in a muddy hole, her body curled tightly as if trying to shield herself from the world.

“Evelyn is roughly 2 years old and although we don’t know much about her past she came to us extremely emaciated and seems to have been on the streets for some time.”

Over the next few weeks, Evelyn poured all her love into her pups. She nursed them, groomed them, and watched over them like the world’s most dedicated mom.
And as her body healed, her spirit began to shine too. Her tail wagged more, her eyes sparkled, and she looked forward to each new day.
After six wonderful weeks of being smothered in puppy kisses and cuddles, her babies were ready for their own foster homes.
