City streets can be tough, especially for a small kitten on its own. This was the reality for one skinny little furball who found itself facing a terrifying situation.
On a busy sidewalk, the kitten was attacked by two big calico cats. Even though it hissed and tried to fight back, it didn’t really scare away his attackers.
Right when everything seemed really bad, a kind man noticed what was happening. He immediately felt really sad for the poor little feline.
Without even thinking, he jumped in and protected it from the calicos. He gently picked up the scared kitten and made sure it was safe from the bigger cats.
While the man’s first priority was to keep the kitten safe, he also saw the larger issue at hand. These stray cats, both the kitten and the calicos, were left to survive on the harsh streets.
He knew he couldn’t just leave them like that, so, he chose to assist all three cats. He fed all of them and made sure they were taken care of.
After he fed the cats and made sure they weren’t hungry anymore, he realized it was crucial to find a secure place for the little kitten. So, he took the kitten to his home, but it wasn’t alone there!
In this lively environment, there was a group of fostered cats, spending their days playing and sleeping.
The little kitten immediately felt safe and cozy in this new home, away from the dangers of the streets.
After a satisfying meal, the little one happily played with the other cats and blended in perfectly.
On the other hand, the Calicos’ aggressive behavior is still a puzzle. Maybe it’s because of their territorial nature, or they feel like they need to show dominance. Despite the reason, it doesn’t take away from the amazing kindness shown by the man.
I’m really happy that this tiny kitten was saved by this kind man! And it’s amazing how quickly the kitten adjusted! Moving from a scary street to a caring foster home is a huge difference, but I’m glad this little kitty is doing great.
