Adorable Kitty Can’t Resist Playing With Baby’s Pigtails

Sharing is caring!

As devoted cat parents, I believe we’re all too familiar with the boundless curiosity of our feline friends.

When something catches their interest, there’s nothing that can hold them back – not even if their target of curiosity happens to be perched on top of a toddler’s head.

Today, I want to share a delightful story about a curious kitty who found herself utterly fascinated by the adorable hairstyle of her human baby sister.

Unable to resist her curiosity, the beautiful tabby feline couldn’t help but play with the pigtails of her little sister. You can see her pawing at them, wondering what those things might be.

Luckily, her owner managed to capture the cutest video imaginable by turning on her camera at just the right moment.

Posting it to her TikTok, she shared the heartwarming scene with the rest of the world. You have to check it out:

The video quickly went viral on TikTok, amassing over 56 million views.

It’s unclear whether it was the allure of the pigtails or the bright pink hair ties that captivated the cat, but she clearly lost her mind over them. It’s safe to say she definitely approved of her baby human’s hairstyle!

And as for her sister? Well, she’s just as curious about what’s going on and who’s constantly tapping on her head.

The comment section lit up with joy and amusement over the video. Many agreed that, besides its obvious cuteness, the resemblance between the cat and the little girl was hard to miss.

One person hilariously remarked:

“Why do that baby and kitty look alike? 😂 They got the same face, hilarious 😍”

Personally, I can’t deny the resemblance; they really do share a look. I sometimes wish my cats and I shared that kind of similarity. But, as life goes, you can’t have it all, can you?

Hope you found this video as heartwarming as I did. And hey, feel free to drop your thoughts in the comments – I always enjoy reading them!
