Woman Hears Screaming From Vending Machine In Tennessee And Can’t Believe What She Finds Inside
Lindsey Russel was enjoying her lunch break in Morristown, Tennessee, when an unusual noise made her pause.
It was faint and high-pitched, almost like a tiny cry for help. Something about it felt urgent and sad.
Lindsey couldn’t ignore it. She tracked the sound to a Pepsi vending machine in the lobby, and what she discovered left her completely stunned.
Inside the machine was a little kitten, barely visible through the dark interior and metal framework. Lindsey couldn’t believe her eyes.
The poor thing had somehow gotten trapped and was stuck in that hot, cramped space with no way out.

After about ten careful minutes, their efforts paid off, and they were finally able to lift her out. She was tiny, barely a pound, and so fragile she could nearly fit in the palm of a hand. But she was alive.
And that moment, when they pulled her out and knew she’d be okay, was everything. It made every second of the rescue worth it.
Lindsey didn’t hesitate to bring her home. The moment she held the kitten close, it just felt like the right thing to do.
This wasn’t her first time helping animals either. She and her mom have rescued several over the years.
In fact, Lindsey once saved another kitten from a grocery store. Somehow, these little ones always seem to find her.
At home, the kitten made herself known. She was already full of energy, wiggling and squirming her way into everyone’s hearts.

She’s already been checked out by a vet, too. Thankfully, she’s healthy, though the team was a bit concerned at first about dehydration and overheating. The vet gave her fluids just to be safe, and now she’s bouncing back quickly.
